Customer Experience Manager Job Description

Duties Will Include

  • Supervising installers on roofing projects and coordinating miscellaneous trades to be performed.
  • Overseeing the conclusion of each project and completing final inspections on all building trades.
  • Answering questions from homeowners and sales reps.
  • Act as a liaison between property owner, salesman, and production manager.
  • Be present at time of production to monitor the progress and quality of work. being performed to homeowner’s satisfaction and per scope of work.
  • All while providing amazing customer service.
  • Inventory control.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Don’t have experience working with insurance and or construction, or in roofing sales jobs? No problem! We are looking for people with an apt for learning. We will provide you with all the training and tools you need to find success!

Other Requirements

  • Will require some evenings in peek time.
  • Reliable Transportation.
  • Ability to carry and set-up and climb ladder.
  • Ability to safely walk the roof for performing inspections.
